After giving birth to my third child, I decided that I wanted to lose the excess weight I had gained during pregnancy. As a breastfeeding mom, I knew that I needed to be careful not to compromise my milk supply or my baby's health.
I started to focus on making gradual, sustainable changes to my diet and exercise routine. I started by making small adjustments to ensure that I was getting enough nutrients to support my milk supply, while still creating a calorie deficit to promote weight loss.

As a weight loss coach, I know that consistency is key when it comes to achieving long-term weight loss success. That's why I made sure to track my progress regularly, celebrate my successes along the way, and stay accountable to myself and my support team. Of course, breastfeeding added an extra challenge to my weight loss journey, since I needed to make sure that I was getting enough calories and nutrients to support my milk supply but overall, I'm happy to say that I was able to lose weight while breastfeeding and maintain a healthy milk supply.
It took time, patience, and dedication, but by making small, sustainable changes to my diet and exercise routine, I was able to reach my weight loss goals without compromising my health or my baby's health. I hope that my story inspires you to believe that you can do the same
